Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how VD Custodian ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our websites, applications, browser extensions, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), as well as your rights and choices regarding such information. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Important Notice - Customer Content
This Policy does not apply to the information that our customers manage, upload, and store through the Service ("Customer Content"). With respect to Customer Content:
- We process and/or host Customer Content on behalf of a customer, and that customer is solely responsible for the collection and use of all Customer Content
- That customer's own privacy notice governs their collection and use of such Customer Content
- VD Custodian acts as a data processor with respect to Customer Content and processes it solely in accordance with the customer's instructions and our agreement with them
If you are an end user whose activities are being monitored through the Service, you should direct any privacy inquiries to the organization that deployed the monitoring software.

What the Browser Extension May Collect
If the browser extension is installed and enabled by your organization, it may collect:
- Browsing Activity: URLs visited, page titles, time spent on websites, and navigation patterns
- Web Application Usage: Interaction with web-based applications and services during monitored sessions
Important: Form data, passwords, and sensitive browser metadata are NOT collected by the extension.
Browser Extension Controls
- Opt-in Required: The extension must be explicitly installed and configured by the deploying organization
- Granular Controls: Organizations can configure which websites and activities are monitored
- Removable: The extension can be disabled or uninstalled through browser settings
- Data Encryption: Extension data is encrypted in transit
3. How We Use Your Information
VD Custodian uses Personal Information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, process transactions and manage subscriptions, respond to inquiries and provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and for other legitimate business purposes related to the operation and improvement of the Service.
